The value for money at this hotel was unbeatable! The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water for long showers. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The staff treated me like family, keeping my belongings safe when I went on a trek and always being available to help with any questions or info I needed.
The only thing that could make the food for breakfast better would be to offer more options, instead of just juice.

The two brothers who run it are so cool and friendly. The location is perfect, just a block away from the city center. We had a blast cycling around Pokhara and exploring all the awesome restaurants and cafes nearby. And let's not forget about the hot showers and spacious rooms! Can't wait to visit again and support these awesome locals.
If I had to pick one thing, I wish there was a bit more nightlife for young party-goers. But hey, we still had an amazing time and there's always next time to party it up even more!

I had an amazing stay at Nepali Cottage Guest House! The staff, specifically Hemant and his family, made us feel at home. The attached fruit shop served delicious food and drinks. The location was perfect, close to the lake and surrounded by restaurants and shops. They also offered a complimentary luggage storage service and welcomed us back like friends. I would highly recommend staying here!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

What an incredible stay! The value for money at this guest house is amazing. The location is just perfect, with a short 5-minute walk to the lake. There's a super nice juice shop right next door, and you can find lovely and cheap local food in the area. The room was spacious and basic, with a very hot shower that was a pleasant surprise. Sitting on the rooftop and enjoying the sun was a highlight. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all our questions about Nepal and other interesting topics. I would definitely go back!

Incredible view of the rushing river and deep gorge from Mahendra Pul. It was like being in the front row of a nature concert.
Late-night engine revving by motorcycle street people.

I had a wonderful stay at the guest house. The decoration was charming, with cozy furniture and colorful fabrics that gave it a warm and welcoming feel. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. As a senior person, I really appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no stairs to climb and the hallways were wide enough for me to navigate with my walker. The staff was also very helpful in assisting me whenever needed.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could offer more assistance with carrying luggage.

The view of the river's dreadful rush from the bridge was so perfect, it almost made me feel alive. The endless strip of lodges and souvenir shops at Lakeside gave me all the opportunities to spend my money!
Oh, I just loved getting splashed by the awesome waterfall on the highway to Tansen. It was such a refreshing experience.
